2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

3. Refund Process

4. Replacement & Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Galizah Mart will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes:
    • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
    • Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, strikes, or unavoidable delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount (special promotions).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most locations.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
