1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the invoice/receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming products).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Digital products or downloads.
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days through your original payment method or as store credit.
4. Replacement & Exchange
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.
- In case the product is out of stock, you may request a full refund or choose another product of equal value.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Galizah Mart will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

1. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes:
- Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, strikes, or unavoidable delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount (special promotions).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in most locations.
- Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with tracking details.
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will retry.
- If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be canceled.
